2I brought this product based on reviews that it didn’t have as much of a fishy taste as other similar products on the market, to which I found out was totally wrong, fishy taste lasted about 3/4 hours and was very strong and sickly.

5I bought these because I don't like fish so thought it would be a good way to get my omega 3 oils, I bought them for the reason of helping my hair, skin, ect. but a huge benefit that I never expected from them was help with joint pain, since taking them I have never felt sore after a gym session allowing me to go to the gym 6 days a week, honestly cannot recommend these things enough, if you find yourself sore after a gym session and unable to train for the next few days I promise taking these will make that a thing of the past, Goes Well With:multivitamins

5I like the fact that this omega 3 fish oil is concentrated so I don't have spend the whole day swallowing the soft gels! =)
