Changed my life
5Unfortunately, for about half of my life, I spent my days begging on the streets of London. I was homeless for about 15 years after having problems fighting an addiction. One night, I was sitting outside a 24 hour gym, conveniently next to an ATM, and this huge guy came out of the gym. He had a string vest on and his nips were poking out from either side. I politely asked him: "please spare some change sir", and he looked back at me with a stern look, like I had offended him. He reached into his bag - me thinking that he was going to give me money; but instead, he brought out a tub of pre-workout and unscrewed it. He came closer...at this point I was scared. He put his hand inside the tub. As I was asking him what on earth he was doing, he shoved a fistful down my mouth and then poured water into my mouth from one of those gallon water bottles. I was shocked...confused...a whole load of emotions overcame me. For the first 3 seconds I wanted to fight the guy, but then an immense rush of energy overcame me... Like I was given a new life. Then the gym guy spoke: "You don't need Change Bro, You need Myprotein Alpha Pre-Workout, Orange & Mango...bro". He specified on the Orange and Mango part. I looked at him...he looked back. I saw a glimmer in his eye, and I shed a tear. I jolted out of my sleeping bag and ran inside the gym. I jumped over the barriers and saw 400kg on the deadlift platform. I lifted it with ease. I was born for this. The gym guy was watching and smiling. He gave me the tub of pre workout for free, which I was grateful for. It changed my life. Fast forward 3 years, I take this daily. Because of this substance, I now own the gym that I was sitting outside of, and I'm planning to open my 4th branch. As for the gym bro, I'm still searching for him to this day. With my wealth, I've sent out adverts to find this man. To no avail. Dear gym bro. If you're reading this - I'm here for you. Goes Well With:Poverty

Mango and orange alpha pre workout
5Overall a great pre workout that gives me a great boost throughout my workout from start to finish, lasts the whole hour and 30 mins but the taste for me is a little sour and I personally would prefer the mango to be more strong and have taste more like a smoothie (I know it can’t) but overall 9/10

5In my opinion this pre workout is one of the best on the market, the taste is not sickly like most other pre workouts, the caffeine in it is perfectly measured because during every session I feel energised, I mix it with unflavoured creatine before working out, it mixes very well absolutely no clumps at all. Top tier pre workout.Goes Well With:Creatine

Best pre
4For now this is the best preworkout i have tried, i gave it a 4 star but there is nothing to improve. In my opinion the taste reminds me of monster energyGoes Well With:200ml of water per scoop

5Wow this stuff is amazing felt like goin to a rave let alone going to workout 😂 this stuff is like rocket fuel the best pre workout drink I've ever had. Maybe just 1 scoop next time 🙈😂

Great effectiveness
4It works amazingly and makes me perform much better at the gym. The taste isn’t good but could just be me. It doesn’t make me itch like a few reviews say it’s overall an amazing pre workout and I’ll continue to use it even though I hate the taste. Goes Well With:Gym
