Definitely worth the purchase
5Really good to be fair. I’ve tried a different brand before and it felt horrible- head spinning etc so when I first took this one I thought it was going to be rubbish because I couldn’t feel anything- well I was wrong! I’m new to running and can run a 5k after taking one of these! Definitely put them in the fridge though- the taste is god awful at room temp! But worth the few seconds of sour taste for the effects. Goes Well With:The fridge

5Berry Blast flavour? More like hair gel! Flavour is not great but still gives the same effects. If you can remember to take it that is. I usually forget I brought it with me. I'm getting better. Price was great by the way - can't complain about the value.

Gives you a boost
5I ordered theses as a change to the powdered pre work out they work a treat I take on before a Bodypump class they give you a boost taste good easy to pop into you pocket or gym back I preferred them chilled in the fridge before I use them I find that I can push a little harder in the class Goes Well With:Bodypump class

5Awesome product. Perfect for someone who has to fit the gym in around work. I use ‘my pre plus’ when I have time to make a shake but this is a decent substitute.Goes Well With:Creatine supp tablets

5Good little package, can just throw it in my bag when I go to the gym, don't have to worry about it taking up any room. Gives me the boost I need when I need it

Great booster
4I started taking these to try and give me a kick throughout my workouts without going overboard and they do the job perfectly. The tingly sensation when it kicks in is the only downside to it, however if you can deal with that it keeps you going at fully capacity for ages. I used to finish a workout after 45-60 minutes however with these I push 1 hour 30 minutes + and still have plenty left in the tank. Realised how good they were when I did a session without taking a pouch and I fatigued really quickly, but then when I trained again and used the gel it gave me the explosive push I need to go full out in my workouts. Class product. Goes Well With:On its own but whilst cycling creatine every day.

Ticks all the boxes!
5I love this stuff. This is the best pre workout supplement I've had, and I've tried many. The product gives you a nice buzz after about 20 mins and you feel ready to hit the gym. There's also NO nasty side effects that I've found with other products - i.e tingly face, light headed, bowel issues, unable to sleep....Goes Well With:Being ready to smash that gym sesh

easier then trying to drink a full 500ml
4I like these better as I don't have to fill my self up on liquids and its easier to transport in my bag and I can keep it in the gym locker, would buy again

Pulse gels
5I have only just started these gels this week before my sessions. After taking one, I never felt more pumped and focused for a session... EVER! I am getting more energy through my sessions and more work done. They are easy to digest, and I'm not having to go to the toilet midway through my training sessions. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who's after an extra kick to get the best out of their sessions.
