Tastes great and it is handy
5It tastes delicious, it is easy to make, I would just say that to mix it, you have to put first the liquid then the powder and mix it really well. I would advise as well to use only one full scoop once it almost have the 51g. I would say as well that it doesn't make you feel full for long. I get hungry a fews minutes after.Goes Well With:I mix it with the Inulin powder. But actually it goes well even on a shake, if you still have a good calorie allowance on the day you can mix with berries and almond milk. It is absolutely delicious.

Fills you up but not a great taste
2Was really hoping I’d find a meal replacement shake without the horrid after taste, unfortunately not. Ordered banana flavour and didn’t have great luck. Might try a different flavour. Goes Well With:Water

Fantastic
5Got this for my step dad who is trying to lose weight but still feel full throughout the day. He loves the flavour, thickness and how it achieves the full feel he needs not to binge! On his second bag and starting to see results! He says it’s fantastic!

Good taste and filling
5Following VLCD is easier with products like this. Delivering a nutritional balance in 500ml of water. For around 200kcal. Mixes well in a decent shaker. Taste is not too sweet. And it is filling Not the cheapest product out there, but it is worth it. And myprotein do run some fantastic offers....

Not filling.
1The drink itself was very nice but anyone saying it fills you as a meal is lying. Taste of salted caramel was good compared to other shakes I have tried. 2 scoops is much more than what is stated on here as well, scoop and a quarter should do it.

5I have only just started using this, I am enjoying the shakes, they are easy to mix and fulfilling, so hopefully the weight loss will come too

Good product
5I purchased the salted caramel MR shake. The flavour is good. Tastes lovely, blends pretty well and I'm not bored of it yet. I mix mine with water, still tastes creamy like I've mixed it with milk and pretty filling. First week on it and lost 4lbs. Looking forward to future results Goes Well With:Water

5This is the first meal replacement shake me and my partner have had and it was surprisingly nice. We ordered the salted caramel flavour and I didn't expect to like it much, but it was honestly just as nice as a milkshake, with the smooth and creamy taste. It's equally as nice with skimmed milk or water. Highly recommended but you only need 1 and a bit scoops for 51g Goes Well With:Skimmed milk or water

Fab!!
5Bought the meal replacement shake 3 days ago vanilla flavour, was very dubious about it keeping me full as im having them for breakfast and lunch and it really does work! keeps me full till my main dinner, the taste is amazing aswell especially with water, i use only one scoop but the taste is still there!

Amazing
5I never write reviews but after seeing a few bad ones about flavour i felt i should give my opinion. Ordered at 10pm lastnight and it was delivered before lunch time next day which is pretty amazing itself. The vanilla flavour is absolutely delicious. I mixed with water and it was creamy and very filling. Obviously only had one shake so far but its going to be so easy drinking these. Lets hope the weight falls off now. Cross fingers!Goes Well With:Water
