5How I have it is 50g of powder then add around 115ml of water, mix that up then add 50g of peanut butter, mix that up and then put in the microwave for 80 seconds and that seems to work well. the combination of the chocolate powder and the peanut butter is really good and works well together. A very easy snack to make that's also very tasty.Goes Well With:Peanut Butter

Nice low calorie dessert
4This cake is great if you want to suppress a sweet tooth on a diet. The only thing I would say is that it need a really good mix to get rid of lumps and I always add a tiny bit more water mix cook as it gets quite solid rather than fluffy if you are not careful. The flavour is good and the protein is good too.Goes Well With:Peanut butter, blueberries

Cake in a mug!!
4All flavours so far have been great but will admit they are a little dry when fully cooked. Equally I could be cooking them too long! Good product overall and a great dessert.

Great for the macros
4Such a great evening snack. So quick and easy to make although you have to be very careful not to overcook it as it goes quite sponges/rubbery. Around 45seconds in the microwave is best I find.Goes Well With:Great with a bit of melted chocolate on top.

4Tried chocolate and caramel. Both nice. Slight rubbery texture but nice low cal and high protein snack!Goes Well With:Chocolate sauce

5Easy to mix… although I do do give it an extra 10 secs cook time. Takes the edge of any cravings with the added bonus of a protein hit!

3This sounds fab, I love mug cakes. Sadly I am lactose intolerant. Please Myprotein, make a vegan protein mug cake mix. I would buy it. I would probably buy it too often. Make a vegan one. Please.
