5Works as intended, good quality caffeine on the cheap providing a much-needed boost for people who don't want energy drinks, pre-workouts or coffee.Goes Well With:L-Theanine, L-arginine, Citrulline and really any pre-workout mix.

Fantastic Product
5Personally I take 2 of these tables 20 minutes before training and I can really feel a difference. I don’t take it unless I feel drowsy and tired. The recommended amount on the box is one a day, personal I couldn’t feel a difference therefore I started taking 2. The more regularly these are taking the effects become a placebo therefore, I recommend only using when necessary to get the full effect Goes Well With:Eat before and take with water

Will keep you focused for hours
5I don’t have a very high caffeine tolerance, but found one tablet gives me a boost of energy, keeps me focused all day long, and suppresses my appetite a lot more than coffee does! However, if taken on an empty stomach it does give you a jittery/nauseous feeling, & there is definitely no buzz nor did I find much of an effect on my workout so I would recommend only using these for helping with focus rather than as a pre workout!

Not as good as pre workout
4Thought I’d try these over the pre workout as it’s easier to take. However didn’t give me the buzz that pre workout did. Probably best to use to help you get through work or studying

much needed boost!
5Purchased this product as I wanted to try to get a caffeine energy boost but wanted to do something, without drinking coffee. Pleased with the affect this product has given me and feel much more alert, focused and energetic. Simple boost when I need it without having to always drink a coffee...highly recommended.

Gives a boost
4I haven’t drunk tea or coffee for years so I was interested to see how these caffeine tablets would affect me. I can say that l certainly felt a boost of energy that stayed with me for the whole day and l think my appetite was suppressed (or I was too busy doing stuff) as I didn’t think of eating until evening, so I like these caffeine tablets so far.

Amazing products
5Really good product... since I start taking I don’t need to drink any more coffee just decaf... I feel fresh, not tired in the morning and what is good after just taking I feel really strong and with a lot of power :-)
