Soy protein review
4Good protein, doesn't go straight through you like some Whey does. Quite thick consistency so needs a bit more water than suggested, like 300ml.

Great! We need a 2.5KG bag PLEASE!
5I use the strawberry flavor very often as a alternative to whey as it doesn't work with me. With 100ml of water and 200ml of soya milk I seem to find it's a good texture. At first I used water and it does go very thick and doesn't taste as good. Chocolate and vanilla flavor I stay away from there not the best. The only thing I have found is you can't add carbs into it, oats just make it go solid. Really would like to see a 2.5kg bag!!! 1kg doesn't last me very long. Goes Well With:Soya milk.

Please make this available in 2.5kg flavoured bags.
5This stuff is very good. High protein content and doesn't upset my sensitive stomach at all and it mixes well. My only negative is the fact it's only available in 2.5kg bag as unflavoured. Which I am currently buying but it tastes simply awful. I have to down it mixed with 400ml of water. I purchased the flavoured drops you do but they don't take the bad flavour away at all and that's with a rediculous high amount of drops in it as well. It's doesn't make sense that you only do flavoured versions in 1kg bags. I won't buy 1kg bags. They don't last long enough and it works out more expensive.

Didn't like the taste
1I have tried lots of different flavours of the impact whey isolate and I really enjoy most of them. However lactose makes my skin very dry and so I have been switching over to soya. I got the chocolate smooth flavour of the soya protein and it is absolutely disgusting. I don't mind the taste of soya milk but this has a horrible after taste and gives me the boke. I have tried it with both water and soya milk and it tastes disgusting with both. The thick texture when mixed with the milk makes it very difficult to stomach. Would only suggest getting this if you cannot taste. Definitely would rather going back to the whey and just dealing with dry skin than dealing with the taste of this.

Unless you have no tastebuds and a wide throat go for it
1Absolutely horrid, bought this last summer and still got a full bag.. it's terrible mix ability even when using a blender! I don't know how anyone could say this was a good protein choice..absolutely disgusting. Goes Well With:dog shi

2It should contains 90 grams of protein per 100 grams, when it was delivered to my house, it contained 81 grams of protein per 100 grams, Goes Well With:Water

Use milk !!
5Love this stuff. I mainly use as a protein source as I've recently gone vegan. Made it with water first go and it was decidedly awful. But make with 200ml soya milk, 100ml water, add ice and banana now and it's delicious. Tried the chocolate mix but the strawberry is far nicer.Goes Well With:Milk

5I have been using this for several weeks now and I love it- it tastes much nicer than the chocolate soy protein I used to use. It mixes so much better than any other protein powder I have ever used and it tastes nice and chocolatey without leaving an aftertaste.Goes Well With:Water

3Bought the vanilla to try and it was okay. Definitely a good alternative if you are lactose intolerant or avoiding dairy. If you are used to the taste of soy then this may be a good option but it is a very distinct taste which is very thick and creamy in your mouth. Takes a while to mix and is quite clumpy but this is just due to the soy, makes your arm ache when shaking- a good warm up session before gym. I recommend adding the liquid first and then the protein so it doesn't all clump at the bottom.Goes Well With:Almond milk
