Pre-workout
5Hi, I would like to recommend this product as a cheap and not very powerful pre-workout. Contain 300g of caffeine for energy and focus, but what I like more is 6g of cytruline which provide better blood transport what causes to bigger muscle pump. I would add arginine as well. Don't mix good, just good enough. That's not English breakfast, so doesn't taste nice, but easy to drink. RegardsGoes Well With:Creatine monohydrate

Great product, shame about the packaging
5As many of the reviews have said before, great product and really helps you pump out those last reps! However, my issue is with the packaging. The tub is massive and the contents take up about 1/4 of it! What a waste of resources! Please not all us gym users are Neanderthals that don’t care about the planet 🌍. Meet us half way and give us a tub that we are happy about showing off in the locker room and we will recommend this pre workout to our friends, at the moment I can’t.Goes Well With:Water and a sense of guilt

Weak
1I thought this was the worst pre workout I have ever tasted, was like an off squash from a kids party. What’s worse is that it isn’t very effective at all. Regret buying this massively. Wish I stuck to RedCon.

Disappointing product, wasteful packaging.
1Found every aspect of this product to be a let down. Although other reviews claim it's strong I would say the results are low to average at best, giving mild energy about 20 minutes after taking, but short lived (took 2 scoops after the first time to see if it would be better but no joy). The packaging could do with being at least half the size, probably more. Only a small amount of product at the bottom of an oversized tub. Lastly the taste is awful (Rainbow Candy), preworkouts aren't always the best tasting but this is particularly bad, sour tasting. The only thing I'd give it is that it mixes well. Won't be wasting money on it again, definitely not worth the money. There are much more effective preworkouts out there for less money.

5The pre workout + is a preworkout close to my heart, first one I ever consumed and now the most recent, a real man is someone who looks for results rather than what it takes to get them, this preworkout tastes good in flavours orange and mango and rainbow candy not so much sour gummy but when I tell you that this gives you superpowers I’m not going you will get those tingles that give you that urge to workout and you will be benching 300kg with suicide grip in the next few days due to such an incredible pre workout , this is the one to go for seriously Goes Well With:An alpha

Pre workout
5This product is the best pre workout blend I’ve ever tried and had. Not only does it get you ready for a great workout but it really keeps me focused throughout the session and afterwards. Highly recommend and always in my basket for more

Really good
5I have tried lots of pree workouts in the past but this one is definitely up there it doesn’t have any kind of aftertaste nor does it have the annoying tingling feeling in your mouth that can become irritating. The taste is good. I took one in a bit scoops just to try it out first and I did an hour and a half session and felt energised throughout the whole time I would definitely recommend it.

Lucid Dreams
1I take pre workouts regularly so I'm no novice... no notable focus in the gym and horrendous lucid dreams. I tried again the week after and had the same outcome. I would avoid this personally.Goes Well With:Lucid Dreams

5UNBELIEVABLE, just a good product. Well worth the money, get an amazing pump aswell. Unfortunately doesn't come with creatine in it. REMARKABLE!!!Goes Well With:water and ice
