Awful
1The taste is awful and don't really feel much as a pre workout. Wish I never purchased!

Great flavour but clumpy.
4Love the grape flavour and gives a good hit of caffeine and pump. The only negative is when it arrived it was literally In a clump, nothing A quick whizz in the blender won’t fix but still not what you expect.

Disappointing
1I bought this hoping it would be similar to the blue raspberry flavour ‘alpha pre workout’ that is no longer sold. The taste was nothing like this, it didn’t taste like raspberries at all, but a very off chocolate type taste. It doesn’t mix properly and after one serving I felt unwell. Wouldn’t recommend this at all.

Really helps
5Since becoming a father my workouts have got later in the evening. I was recommended this and it really is a life saver. It gives me that little boost later in the evening to make sure I get the best out of what I’m doing, be it cardio or weights. Orange and mango is my preferred flavour. it mixes well but does get stuck together in the tub, so I recommend a good shake of the tub before opening. Personally I mix a scoop of creatine in as well. Goes Well With:Creatine and a post exercise impact whey protein

Orange, Mango and Passionfruit Pre Workout
4Got this in Orange, Mango and Passionfruit flavour. First diluted it with one scoop and felt the buzz off it. More I used it found I had to up the scoop to two to get the same effect as when first using. Good quality product and does the job 9/10Goes Well With:Water

Great taste, great boost
5This pre workout is fantastic, I don’t normally drink powder products because the remnants, but this mixes really well and the taste actually tastes like it says. I bought orange, mango & passion fruit & it is a very nice flavour. Refreshing. Also gives me a boost when working out. I would recommend any day! Postage was quick too.

Pre- Workout
4This pre - workout is absolutely sensational, as soon as you pop the lid of a loud scent of flavour hits your nostrils and already start to create a flavour in your mind that then goes to your mouth and get an impression of what it tastes like before trying it . Gives off amazing boost whilst in the gym, makes you not wanting to go back home. Absolutely amazing. Goes Well With:Just simply water. have it how ever you want it for a example a shaker or just simply in a glass

Taste is horrible
1I like most MP products including the Appha pre workout but this tasts horrible i have to mix with fruit juice and texture sticks together. Also this does not have a great effect before workout.Goes Well With:Nothing unless you mix it with Ribena or something
