4Purchased through clearance for cheaper. Tastes decent. Yet to use for a long enough time to see evident gains.

It doesnt mix the best but overall it is good
5It is flaivor-less but I did not bought it for the taste anyway so it is a good thing in my opinion... It doesnt mix super well so texture wise it is like salt but without the saltines-just the little grains . It came with a mini cup for 3g serving , I personally take a little more than but the cup is a nice additon! Goes Well With:Water is the best , since it is not the best at mixing it didnot go well with protien shakes

5Absolutely brilliant protein powder. This my only go to protein powder, the one I've bought the most, and the only one I'll forever buy (when the right is on!😂). I always and only buy the 5 kg pack. The reason being is Total protein has the perfect blend of fast, medium and slow digesting proteins. Secondly, when I find the right deal, the 5kg pack by a country mile the ultimate in value for money as no other brands out there sell 5kg, the max I've seen any other brand sell is 2.5 kg.Goes Well With:Water and milj
