Perfectly balanced and healthy
5I don't remember if I already reviewed it, but I've been using this pre-workout for more than 5 years and I like it a lot! Unlike other pre-workouts that have a lot of unnecessarily huge amounts of chemicals put into them and makes you feel like you're about to die. This one is based on natural ingredients like Beetroot Extract, Green Coffee & Tea and Black Pepper. It's easy, doesn't make you jiggly, and just helps improve your energy enough to get you through the workout. It's amazing!Goes Well With:Everything, but water is preferable

Does the job
4Doesn't taste like lemon tea, quite tart and artificially sweet but not bad! Other pre workouts make me quite nauseous and way too jittery so this one does the job nicely!

Great if you like lemsip
4Mixes well with water and isn’t grainy Great alternative to regular pre-workout as it doesn’t have beta alanine in, and the same amount of caffeine as a monster As previous reviewers have said, the lemon tea does taste of lemsip. I like lemsip so I find the taste very palatable, but I wouldn’t recommend this flavour if you don’t like it. Goes Well With:Creatine and water

4Great pre workout. Provides the right amount of energy with few calories. Has a sweet taste but provides the pinch you need.
