Effective
52 of these before bed and you get a nice relaxed night of sleep (can take a few days to get the effect). Woke up more refreshed than with Ashwagndha which left me a bit drowsy in the mornings! All in all founds these to be just the trick for a good recovery.

Zinc and magnesium tablets
4I am a 49 year old guy who likes to train hard. I enjoy using My Protein products because the company is reliable and I see results. I like the flavours in the protein. I use magnesium and zinc tablets because the combination of both minerals help me to settle at night with my sleep. Goes Well With:Before bed time I take the recommended amount.

Good (and not too expensive)!
4Good dose, capsules not the chalky tablets they used to be, and, as far as I know (I've only been using them a month), quite effective (I know always get a full [uninterrupted] 8+ hours deep sleep)!Goes Well With:I take it with either Bedtime Extreme or Casein before bed

Required boost
5Due to the current situation, I thought it best to try and boost my immune system, especially being a key worker. So I got this product as I know it would help me, not only with my immunity, but with my training, so far so good!!!

First time use
5The price was really good and I have read that Zinc and Magnesium is good for training. Since I have been using it i do feel less tied in the gym especially when i don't sleep the best i still have the drive and strength to keep going.

minerals are important!
5Especially for endurance athletes minerals are one of the most important ingredients to be part of the diet. But it is hard to add enough of them sometimes from the normal diet, so this makes it convenient and easy.
