Helped me sleep

Great all round supplement
5I have taken ZMA for several years to aid with restful sleep and general muscle aches, it is a great supplement, easy to swallow. The combination of minerals and B6 makes it easy to support the nervous and immune system in one dose. Goes Well With:5htp just before bed

Decent product
5Started getting into training and was feeling very fatigued, been using these for about 2 and a half weeks now and my sleep has dramatically improved, also a lot less achy after a decent workout the next dayGoes Well With:A lot of water, they’ll get stuck half way down if you don’t gulp the water down with them!

5I have had these before and had the exact same experience this time round. When I say they are a must i mean they are a must. Usually they take a round a week to kick in my experience but when they do you will know. I feel more defined and have more shape. It’s like this supplement brings everything by together, I can’t really explain in words. I’d say they’re borderline steroids lol (obviously there not) but the way I look and feel off ZMA is ridiculous (in the best way possible) try them yourself and you will understand me! Goes Well With:Hard work and dedication
