4use these for my hair skin and nails and it really helps for growth. my hair feels softer and stronger and i notice it grows way quicker when i take these

5Been using biotin along with collagen from MyProtein as a way of helping my hair grow faster. Seems to be working well so far with my hair feeling stronger as well. My nails are also growing like crazy.

5Purchased this to help with hair growth - looking to use as a prevention supplement rather than a cure. Been taking for two weeks and have noticed the difference. My head hair has grown significantly faster. Only potential con (depends if you see it as a negative) is it encourages hair growth across your whole body!
