One use wonder
1I was trying lifting 180kg for five, my grip gave way on the third rep. No problem, I thought instinctivly, my brand new hooks will help me finish this rep and I can reset my grip and finish the set. The hook caught the weight, BENT and down fell the bar. Embarrassed and frustrated I sat looking at this waste of money attached to my wrists. Maybe I shouldn't try be gimmicky c**t and just do it the hard way. Comfort 3/10 Strength 4/10 Practicality 4/10

Good purchase
5Does exactly what I need them to do, I don’t life super heavy but my grip isn’t great and these have really helped me go heavier!

Don't buy unless you like back issues.
1Metal hook came out/off of wrist wrap @ top of the lift. Lower back is trashed.

Gets the job done.
4Cut my finger and couldn't use my hands, even normal lifting straps were a no go. These get the job done, although I would increase the length of the strap as I can't get full contact on the velcro. I have 7 inch wrists for reference and get about 50% coverage on the velcro. It should be about 3 inches longer. Other than that they work well.

Failing grip, use these!!
5After reading some reviews about these bending and braking I was sceptical of these lifting hooks, but I couldn't recommend them more. They are an aid to your lifting not something to soley rely on lifting the weight, they have completely changed my workouts instead of my grip failing its now my targeted muscles failing due to fatigue of being able to lift heavier for longer.

5These hooks have really helped my deadlifts. I was really struggling with my grip. I couldn't hold on to the bar, but felt I wasn't close to my max lift. With the hooks I can lift an extra 10kg

Best Aid for lifting
5These have changed my gym life! I have really weak grip and they enable me to go much higher in weights. I’ve used them every week for 5 Months and they are still going strong.

Great for that extra assistance
5I see the reviews are very mixed on these. I bought them as I found my grip is getting weaker due to age and niggling old injuries. This was effecting what I could lift when training legs and back. With these lifting hooks I can deadlift about 20% more and pull 25% more when training back......and I can train for longer with NO pain in my forearms. This is what I wanted! So easy 5 stars from me!
