5Started using this as I was cutting for a while and found my energy in and out of the gym was quite depleted so started using this with my pre/post shakes and found I wasnt as bummed out afterwards... easy to mix as its tasteless and quite fine! 5Really good product, mixes well with my Banana Whey Impact protein. Is very sweet, so I do t add to much. Helps with a speedy recovery after an intense session. Replenishing my glycogen levels after burning through majority of them all in training.Goes Well With:When impact protein
