5My wife loves using Instant Oats for her breakfast. She usually blends a bunch of foods to make a healthy smoothie in the mornings. The Instant Oats help to boost the carb intake and to bind the mixture together. Unflavoured and vanilla are both great and add body to the smoothie. We have these on order again every time we are close to scraping the packet. We have discovered that it doesn't make great porridge in the microwave though... unless you want the end result to look like cement! LOL! Just keep it in the shaker or blender ;)Goes Well With:Spinach, beetroot, avocado, milk, protein powder, seeds and lots more

Quick Breakfast
5Really love this for a quick start before the gym. I mix mine with My Protein Collogen, some berries and extra heat in the microwave!

5I've been using this product for years and I’m so happy with it. Myprotein has always provided me great results with any product I have consumed. Amazing mixability, consistency and great overall. The results have been amazing. I prefer unflavored, but i like strawberry and vanilla flavors too. Great taste, very effective
5Works like a charm, can clump a bit but as long as you use a proper blender you’re good to go. I had the vanilla ones - tasted good.

Really good, fast and affordable breakfast
5I use these because I'm always on the go in the morning and they're a great fast alternative. Packed with protein and they taste great with great texture. Taste amazing too!Goes Well With:Peanut butter and cashew nuts

5Love this instant oat, mixes well and use the original flavour and hoping to try other flavours in the future Goes Well With:I add vitafiber and will buy some impact whey to add more protein!
