5Very good price with the discounts. I have a 0.9g level scoop twice a day to try and give my inner tube as much as it needs to absorb. Looked at the Mg Bisglycinate elsewhere but the price here at the time meant I bought this one again.Goes Well With:Protein and supplements drink stirred into warm water.

Dosage
4A scoop contains 4g, being twice the recommended daily supplement, but the instructions state a 1/3 of a scoop. Have I missed something? As for the product, it's exactly as I'd anticipated.
