Magnesium citrate powder
5I love this supplement. I take a 1/4tsp at bedtime with a bit of water. It doesn’t dissolve but that doesn’t bother me. I sleep really well now because of it. Will definitely keep buying it!

5I love this magnesium powder! Taking it before bed every night has helped my sleeping and recovery from working out so much. Powder form is also really great as it gets into your blood stream quicker. Highly recommend if you struggle to sleep and looking for optimal recovery.

Effected for constipation relief
4My daughter was recommended magnesium citrate as a natural help for the unfortunate constipation that she has dealt with for a long time. She says that it has definitely helped her and she prefers using this product rather than using over-the-counter medicine laxatives. She is of course also benefitting from getting some extra magnesium for her body too. She drinks in boiled water, however it does not absorb brilliantly. It requires a really good stir and is much better tasting by adding some juice in with the water.

Pure and simple
5I have been using this for a while now as my magnesium supplement. I like it because it is only magnesium with no caking agents etc. It is also Citrate which the body finds absorbable. Great to have at night with a small mug of oat milk. Totally tasteless so no problem there. I put my L-glutamine in there also. I might point out that I've been taking Calcium and Magnesium citrate for about 40 years now and have great bone density.Goes Well With:Plant milks I guess also cow milk but i don't drink that

4Helps muscle recovery. Mixes just fine with protein shake or into porridge. Great for achieving muscle growth and overall training.

Good to improve sleep quality.
4I use Mg in the eveing to help improve sleep quality and reduce muscle ache. It doesn't dissolve very well in water and has a grainy texture, but is less noticeable in shakes other foods. I would definitely recommend accurate portion measurement to avoid any digestive distress (aka disaster pants)

It’s magnesium 🤷♂️
5Its taste and solubility is a bit meh but I don’t think anyone is really expecting a luxury beverage. Anyone that is should question their life choices. It’s an easy and convenient way to meet your daily magnesium requirements and doesn’t cost the Earth; ‘nuff said.Goes Well With:Honestly, I just put all my powders together in one go, chuck some water in, whizz it around with a spoon and chug it before it can settle.

5This is an economical way to take magnesium... I just add it to smoothies with my collagen, soya milk , chia seeds some raw cocoa and a touch of Willie’s amazing hot chocolate mix for a bit of sweetness and shake .... thick deliciousness! Goes Well With:Everything!n
