5A super easy to mix and enjoy powder, really convenient to take at any point in the day. Good value for money.

too sweet
4I feel like it's effective, but it's very sweet and doesn't mix very well (some granules still exist after a good shaking) compared to other brands I tried. 14 grams of sugar!? no wonder. how is that advanced that 14 out of 58 grams of carbs are sugar? they should definitely tweek the formula. Goes Well With:30% milk 70% water

5I made a mistake and ordered chocolate flavour instead vanilla..and I was asure that I won't like it and I need to try return item.I did give it a try and I was surprised,it is tasty.

Wright gain in progress
4I have noticed a change in my weight , it’s still in progress tho , I’ll come back when I hit 50kg. Goes Well With:Banana , milk , peanut butter

Tasty
5Tried the chocolate mint flavour, pretty nice but is much better when mixed with some milk. Haven’t tried the recommended 3.5 scoops, I make mine with 1.75 scoops with milk to make it last longer and it’s pretty good. The effects of any protein shakes are subjective as how much muscle you put on isn’t based on the shake alone but I’m happy with it and like that it’s an all in one shake with vitamins and carbs too. Haven’t had the crazy bloating on this stuff either unlike some shakes I’ve tried Goes Well With:Milk

5Pretty pleased with the product, the mixture of flavour are decent and the overall effect after a couple of weeks of use is starting to show which is promising 😃

4This is really helpful alongside the meals to help gain I rate this product highly and always purchase it as it helps me slowly gain weight My weight fluxes so this is useful if I’m eating the meals I need to eat also
