Works if you're skinny
3It helped me gain 3-6kgs in few months along with moderate workout 3 days a week and separate 2-2.5 kcal intake everyday through food. Note that this is a supplement not the primary meal you'd still need to punch in lot of calories and lift more to gain more mass. I lost most of the muscle gain within 2 months of not using this product and not working out Gotta get back to the Gym. Also going to start using this product again as i found it effective, without any side effects and the taste is also good. Goes Well With:Milk and water

Tastes good but a little gritty
4Good flavour (I got the chocolate) but it takes a fair bit of mixing to go down smoothly. Quite effective in meeting caloric needs thoughGoes Well With:Water

Effective but too sweet
4Worked well for me, but just be warned that the taste is VERY sweet. If you want an idea of the taste, imagine the sweetest thing you've had and it's probably around that.

Just not good enough
2The taste is absolutely terrible with anything except milk. Apparently, the nutritions on the package isn't 1 scoop, it's 3 SCOOPS Which is just really heavy to drink even when you are super hungry. DON'T BUY Goes Well With:Only milk

I love it
5I have been using this weight gainer before, I love the taste of it I usually order chocolate and tasted banana flavour before these two are realky good. For the effectiveness it was always hard for me to gain weight because of my genetics but whenever I start working out I use this and in 1 month the change is noticable already I gained 6-7 kg with this product which is a lot in 1 month for me. All in all I will use this gain weighter everytime i start working out.
