It's perfectly servicable for what it aims to achieve, but taste could be better
4I've been using this for about 13 years, since it was Hurricane XS, and it hasn't really changed at all in that time. It's a good combination of carbs, protein, creatine and HMB and is a perfectly serviceable all-in-one supplement. Taste really could be improved though, the aftertaste is unpleasant and mixability is really grainy and leaves behind a cloudy, granular deposit even after a good shaking. It does the job, and it's not so bad tasting as to stop me buying it, however there are options from other brands that taste and mix better. I generally buy this option when it's sufficiently on sale. Goes Well With:Milk

Good all round stuff
4Pretty good. Used to get the leaner one but hit a wall with gains, wasn’t consuming enough calories, find this a good mid ground all rounder. Good macros and bcaa and creatine. Has a few extra carbs but not as much a the weight gain one which is just about right for me an lean muscle gain goals. Only downside is it’s expensive if not on like a 50% offer tbh it’s decent but overpriced and won’t buy unless I see an offer.

4Good taste and mixes well. I have recently starting taking this and am slowly noticing that my increase in lifting heavier weights and my body is taking less time to recover. Goes Well With:Water

5This is my go to supplement gives the a lot of additional nutrients in one supplement saving me money and time and has the benefit of creatine which works great for me.

Plenty of Bang for Buck!
5Great product at a reasonable price (at least when using discount codes!). This has been my 'go to' blend for a year or so now and the results have been evident. Solid gains made in terms of strength and increased mass. No hesitation in recommending this to anyone training regularly who is looking to increase their performance levels
