Better quality than most
5I think it's a lot better easting and a lot easier to mix than cheaper options on the market. I prefer a creative & protein mix and feel like I get etter muslce growth results due to it.Goes Well With:Skimmed milk. You don't need the extra cals from semi-skimmed unless you're bulking and want extra cals.

Good but sweet
4Good value in sale, mixes well, good profile, too sweet tasting for me though. But get it down! I have one pre workout in morning to replace brekkie, bit of a fasted train with just this shake to replace overnight losses and feed for the workout. Goes Well With:Water

Disappointed
1This product just made me ill. I’ve used Advanced Weight Gainer for years and it’s given great results. As it wasn’t available I tried this instead. Made me so ill I actually lost weight. I just hope they start stocking Advanced Weight Gainer again or I’ll be getting my products somewhere elseGoes Well With:Stomach cramps and sickness

Great supplement but tastes is almost untolerable, yet to find a good flavour
3So far have tried chocolate smooth and strawberry cream, both leave an unpleasant after-taste, yet to find a good flavor if it exists. Other than the taste, has a good mix of ingredients: Creatine - this was a main selling point for me, I cba to craft protein cocktails daily from a dozen ingredients like some people do. Carbs - not too many, but enough to use the shake as a pre-workout snack - as I often get lightheaded when my blood sugar drops, this strategy solved that for me.Goes Well With:I wouldn't say goes well, but is tolerable for me with: 2 part unsweetened almond milk, 1 part espresso shot
