Very Impressed
5I've been using these for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed i've already lost a couple of pounds with it. Goes Well With:working out at least 3 times a week and healthy diet.

4Okay! So I started using these around just less than two years ago and they helped shift the stubborn body fat that felt impossible to rid, and oh myyyyy...I looked incredible! I took them for a while whilst training for an event and it was the best I had ever looked. EVER. I started taking them at the beginning of the year again, and they've done a little bit for me...but haven't noticed an amazing change like I did before? It's not as if I've put tremendous amounts of body fat on either. But not seeing much difference. If any. I DO have faith in this product as I have seen it work. And willing to wait it out. Maybe it will come all at once?! I did read another review stating that they've lowered the mg of something in it from 1mg, to 0.8mg....could this be the reason?Goes Well With:Thermopure, Green Tea Extract, Omega 3, Water.

4Purchased CLA diet whey double chocolate flavour and thermopure. All have given me better recovery and general weight loss. And had a great live chat with my protein team prior to purchase. Overall happy with progress and products

Not for me
1These gave me really bad tummy cramps so had to stop using them. I know it was these because when I stopped taking them the pain went away. Goes Well With:Other tablets

Great Stuff
5Been using this for four weeks now to help remove stubborn fat from around the waste. It's really worked, yes as part of a calorie controlled diet and with excersise bit I have lost 1.5" from around my waste in 4 weeks which is the biggest loss I've had in over 5 months.

Cheap and worth a punt but hard to tell effectiveness
4I've been following a low carb diet and doing at least 30mins exercise a day, mainly cardio on the elliptical trainer. In the last 30 days I have lost 6.2kg (108.7kg to 102.5) My routine is: 1) 2 thermopure first thing 2) 15mins later I go gym for 30mins and then off to work 3) 45-60mins after leaving the gym I take 2 CLA and an Omega 3 capsules with a MyProtein daily vitamin and a coffee with sweetner and milk 4) 15-30mins after taking the 3 capsules and one tablet I half an impact diet whey shake with water 5) 15mins before lunch I take 2 CLA, 1 Omega 3 and a thermopure 6) Lunch is a salad with chicken or ham and a small pot of dressing with a banana 7) I have an afternoon coffee 8) 15-30mins before supper I take 2 CLA and an Omega 3 9) Supper is a chicken breast or beef or lamb steak with salad with 15ml caesar dressing and tesco lighter salad cheese. I may have a normal Impact Whey Protein shake before if the salad at lunchtime has been low calorie to make up my 1500 calories a day target. 10) Throughout the day I drink roughly 2500-3000ml of water and if I'm feeling a bit run down I may add an effervescent vitamin C or B-Active (tesco's own brand Barocca). Now as you can see there is a lot going on above! Who knows whether any of the supplements are having an effect but whilst I'm burning fat quickly without getting run down or losing muscle mass I'm not keen on changing anything in my plan so will be continuing to purchase: Impact Whey, Impact Diet Whey, Thermopure, Omega 3, CLA and Daily Vitamin from MyProtein until I reach my target weight and beyond.Goes Well With:A balanced low carb diet, exercise and Impact Diet Whey.

5I had been takes CLA for nearly 3 weeks now 3 times a day with goods I feeling very goods my tummy feeling very goods after takes CLA I'm ordered again yesterday I'm love this products help me with my exercise and weight training very well it working for my body I takes 1 in the morning with food, lunch time with foods and before bedtime it work well for me love it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Goes Well With:With foods 3 time a day last one takes before bedtime with apple or banana or 0% fat ice cream or 0% yogurt
