5As part of a healthy diet with regular workouts throughout the week, I have found a real change in my body composition while incorporating cla into my diet. Would definitely recommend.

5Been taking these for 3 weeks now and definitely seen some improvement with lower stubborn belly fat! Noticed my stomach is looking a little leaner 珞 Would recommend! Goes Well With:Bcaa, green tea, healthy diet & exercise

No results yet
3I have been taking these tablets for two weeks now and regularly exercising but no results yet. Maybe give it more time but to date no change to my tummy area even after a lot of cardio and weight training. However, I have noticed that I am burping more than usual, which is not good and getting aftertaste from the tablets.

These actually work!
5I had steadily been gaining weight, so I decided to do something about it. I started exercising and eating better, but I was still only losing about 1-2lbs a week and I felt I was putting so much energy in for so little results. So I researched and decided to start taking 4 CLA tablets a day. I began losing 3-4lbs a week and it really spurred me on. I don't take them anymore, but for that initial difficultly, they worked really well.

Belly be gone!!
5I was a little sceptical about the hype around CLA but after doing a little research and speaking to professional trainers, I decided to give them a go for a trial course. My fears were washed away as the CLA does seem to help with the fat loss I was looking for, I was fairly low on my fat ratio at around 19% but no matter what I did I couldn't get any lower but after taking CLA for a few weeks along side creatine I was amazed to see my fat level had dropped to 15%. My dose is 3 capsules morning and night with food (6 per day) as advised but my trainer. I will continue to take CLA until I reach my goals and maybe beyond. Give them a go, they are so cheap it's worth adding them to your routine.Goes Well With:Creatine

Easy to swallow supp
4Easy to swallow. Cla is great to help controlling and riding yourself of body fat. Take 2 a day 3 times a day alongside omega 3. With food. Goes Well With:Impact whey. Omega 3. Impact diet whey.
