5Never leave reviews but thought I'd take the time too. Trained since new year weight lifting x5 a week and eating well and in a slight calorie deficit, these have helped me loose weight massively. I have dropped 1 stone and 6 pounds in 10 and a half weeks but have also ate around 300g chocolate and 2-3 cheat meals a week (Take away or high calorie home made) so would say these have helped alot. I am now 13 stone and 2 pounds. Goes Well With:Ashwaganda Multi vitamin Omega 3 T perform Tribulis

5I’ve been using these tablets for about six months now, and I have noticed a marked improvement in my weight loss after using these tablets. I take two tablets with each meal and find this is the best way they work for me. I definitely know it is my White love slows down if I stop using them! Very happy with purchase as always!Goes Well With:I have used these tablets with the Thermopure which they work really well with. I have also use them with the green tea extract tablets and not 100% sure if I get the same results as yet.

This combined with a calorie deficit helped
5Easy to take, took 2 a day in the morning. Definitely wasn’t hungry as quick as I normally would be during the day. This combined with weights 4 x a week, and eating in a calorie deficit (1650 cals a day, 25yr old woman) helped me lose 4.1kg in 5 weeks, as opposed to the calorie deficit I was in for 9months that I only lost 3.5kg (with in 9months) I think the whole lot combined 100% helped. And I had bloods done recently to be sure and it’s fine.
