Poor flavour
3Unfortunately this does not taste anything like sour apple. Instead it tastes like a cheap sweet with a hint of apple. Will be sticking to unflavoured and mixing with pre or whey instead. Shame.

Great Creatine

5Fantastic value creatine. I add it to my morning coffee before training. Mixes well and tasteless. Goes Well With:Coffee, fruit juice or protein shake.

5I got the unflavored one works really well , has a slight grainy consistency but it is okay Goes Well With:Green tea , water , protein shake

Horrid
1Being completely honest The taste of the lemon and lime is the worst artificial favour drink I have ever had. I had 5 cups of it then threw it out made me feel sick there was no sourness as you would expect from a lemon and lime drink other than that mixes great Goes Well With:Nothing

Great product
5I bought this product (unflavoured) two weeks ago and I’m already feeling much stronger been doing more reps i have also been gaining some weight showing i’m having great water retention to my muscles , it mixes instantly with water and you won't even taste the creatine when its in water. POINTER there is a small scoop in the bag , take your time to look for it , after squeezing the bag a couple of times I used a teaspoon for four days thinking there was no scoop only to see a crowning grey thing in the creatine it was the very small but useful scoop.Goes Well With:Water , protein shake , fruit juice

Endurance Runner Dabbling
5Read a few article on creatine and endurance running. A lot is skeptical about the improvements it can offer but gave this a shot and currently into the 2nd week with no loading. Mixes perfectly with a 750ml bottle, the watermelon flavour is fantastic and I've a skip in my step! Not looking at all for aesthetic gains but purely performance. General recovery seems to have shortened considerably and my easy runs are much less work and a bit faster (HR is kept constant). Who'd have thought! Track work (where it has the biggest benefit) I can't wait for...Goes Well With:1 scoop and a chilly bottle of water.
