Unfortunate taste
3I’m a newly formed ethical vEGGan (I can no longer accept being a part of murder and mindless exploitation of animals) so I was looking for an ethical source of animal protein (I still remain an omnivorous mammal and I don’t think that excluding any group of foods entirely out of your diet is healthy). Milk taken from an artificially inseminated cow, meant for her calf, is complete out of the question so whey protein is out of the picture. Hens produce eggs continually throughout their life, most of which remain unfertilised and often go to waste in nature. I therefore find eating those eggs ethically acceptable. So I tried the unflavoured Egg White powder to supplement my daily diet and my training - must say the taste will take some getting used to. It’s quite overpowering and difficult to mask. Goes Well With:Strong flavoured fruity juice to mix with, to mask some of the intensely eggy taste of this product.

choc egg powder review
5I normally never post reviews but this time I have to because from myprotein this is the best powder I have tried so far. very tasty and smooth. In terms of mix not as good as choc whey protein but way better than both choc beef protein or choc vegan one. Not as sticky as the beef one which has a good flavor as well and way tastier than the vegan one. also tastes less artificial than the regular whey. Goes Well With:oat milk and water

5100% egg whites with excellent solubility. Add it to your yogurt breakfast to boost its protein content. Goes Well With:Yogurt

Egg protein
2I found this powder hard to mix. Despite the specific taste, the biggest issue is intensive foaming while blending the Egg protein. As a result some part remains unsoluted. Not recommended

LOVE IT
5Absolutely love it. Ngl what impresses me more is the delivery🤣 ordered the night before and came the next morning. But its an amazing source of protein and gives your shakes extra flavour (GET THE VANILLA ITS AMAZING). All in all delicious and nutritious 🤣 just remember to put it in after everythings inside the shaker so it mixes properly. Goes Well With:Milk + oats + fruits Whatever you want really depends on your fitness goals

Poor taste that isn't easily masked
2Make sure to add some kind of oil when you're mixing it (e.g. Coconut oil), otherwise it will separate when you shake it and you'll end up with a lot of egg protein foam that won't mix back into your shake. I bought the unflavoured version and it is foul; I'm a guy who can drink creatine ethyl ester and most things without wincing but this sets me off. Don't let it sit in liquid, mix it asap, it's like weetabix, it'll turn to concrete on you: wash your shaker.Goes Well With:Meridian Peanut Butter to mask the task. Tsp Coconut Oil to prevent denaturing.

5Excellent value for money I shall be buying more of this product Goes Well With:Perfect for scrambled egg whites mix in spinach and mushrooms very tasty helps with protein intake
