Perfect source of protein
5Brilliant source of protein. I mix 30g with around 180-200ml of water and then put in the microwave and gently cook. Creates an egg white just like on a fried egg. Goes well with some cheese Goes Well With:Cheese

5Doesn’t taste very nice mixed with water but if you mix with sweetened almond milk it tastes fine. Been using this as I seem to be lactose intolerant and it’s also a Low fodmap so had no issues with this when I was on the Low fodmap diet. I find that it doesn’t mix as good as whey and can also stick to the walls of a blender, Besides that it’s been good and made some gains whilst using it.Goes Well With:Almond milk

High protein whey alternatice
5Mix 30g with 180ml of water, throw in some cheese and garlic. Allows me to make an awesome omelette. Highly recommended

5I hate whey protein so I thought I’d go for eggs and tbh the taste is nasty but it gets the job done.

5I order this Egg white powder 3 weeks ago and from the first time when I prepare my shake I found out a product with an extraordinary mixture ... it mixes very quickly and easily and mixed with milk it is delicious, even if I bought the unflavoured version ... I recommend everyone to try it because it's worth it and it's a fantastic product in terms of quality - price . I will buy again for sure !

Versatility in a packet
5An amazing product with so much versatility. Mix it with a little bit of water till you get the perfect egg white consistency and then throw it in a pan for some scrambled eggs. Grind down some oats into a flour 1 scoop of this and 1 scoop of your favourite whey and fry up to make some great high protein pancakes. Mix in with water and some fruit for a high protein smoothy. The only limit is your imagination.

5I think the egg white powder is great for combing with shakes and smoothies through the day for extra protein. And low fat and zero sugar make it a confident choice for my plan.Goes Well With:Fresh blueberries, milk, peanut butter.
