5These gels are value for the money compared to similar ones.Excellent during cycling and running. Taste is great and they mix well with water to make an good energy drink and they also contain essential salts.

Make a difference
5Been using these in preparation for my half marathon and I definitely feel them kick in after having one. The taste is good and doesn’t make you feel sick when you’re pushing hard. Can be tricky to open when your hands are all sweaty though. I will be buying these again for sureGoes Well With:My Pre

Pre-workout Energy Gel
4Really good, I find they give me that extra burst just when I need them for a gym session after a hard days work. And I really like, prefer the orange taste. I would highly recommend. Goes Well With:I don’t mix these, I don’t think they’re that kind of item.
