Gel - Orange
First impression was a strong flavour, thought I’d made a mistake with them, but then the flavour grew on me as I persisted and finished it. I’m use to SIS which is subtler with flavour. This is a concentrated carb and my tummy felt fine.

Great product
I use energy gels for cycling, however I'll never try a new gel during an intense ride in case it doesn't agree with me. Tried one of these gels before a volleyball match, really easy to take, taste great and seemed to work really well!

Horrible taste like medicine
These taste so bad in my opinion, I’ve had other gels from here and really enjoyed them. But this I’m rather disappointed with.

Hard to open
I recently took these on a 70 mile Sportive. On the bike you eat as you go, you might stop at a feed station here and there depending on the distance. I found these really hard to open. Even with the tab bitten off I had to ride non handed to squeeze the gel through a pinhole. The material used is too robust needs to be thinner. The taste isn’t the best, pretty plastic/ chemical.

Tastes good and does what it says
Can't have protein shakes but these do the job after my training rides for chase the sun. 205 mile bike ride in a day.

The grind
Ran 8 miles in a weighted vest armed with only motivation and these bad boys to keep me going. Absolutely did the trick for a long and gritty session once energy levels start dropping off! Highly recommended!

Best energy gels!
The best energy gels I’ve tried, great taste (the orange flavour gives such a sweet boost), not lumpy and easy on the stomach compared to other gels. I hope they become available again soon as I will be ordering again!
