5I have noticed improvement in my functional and long term memory but that could also be placebo. The evidence of supplements offering the health benefits is mixed but the potential brain and cardiovascular benefits are large enough it's worth it IMHO.

4After reading up on pros on Omega 3 it’s definitely a must. Didn’t realise how important it is. The capsules are easy to take after eating. The coating is tasteless and you don’t get any reflux later in the day, luckily for anyone’s partner… unless they like a fishy tang to a kiss. Only just started taking them, not immediately effect, but also not ill 👌🏻Goes Well With:Food.
