5Decided to give these a go after numerous trips to the doctors regarding issues with my periods, imbalance of hormones etc but always being told everything was ok and I was never given anything to help. I decided to purchase these after reading all the reviews as I thought I may as well try, I'm so glad I did! I've only been using these for just over a week (and during that week I took my period). My periods have always been heavy and sore and although that didn't change (wasn't expecting a miracle!) I experienced less fatigue, less cravings, better mood and less anxious. My iron levels dip when I take my period and I can feel extremely light headed and experience dizzy spells, I haven't had any of these symptoms this month. Overall I feel like my hormones have completely calmed and I just feel so much better in myself. I'm really hoping it's not a placebo effect and that these really are helping.

5This tablet is perfect for woman going thru the menopause or pre menopausal after a week I noticed my chin having less hairs, my energy is up, less nighttime sweating this is a godsend!!!!!

Hormone Balance tablets.
5I've been taken these tablets for around 3 weeks.My periods have arrived on time.Im actually impressed, no side effects, my appetite used to be mental when due on, but has decreased, and I'm convinced it's these tablets has this month's regular on time.I hope they continue to work.Goes Well With:Water/ meal

5I have suffered with PCOS for the last few years badly and had no idea what supplements to take. After researching and reading the reviews I decided to try these tablets! I have tried inositol powders, dieting and losing weight but nothing was helping my aggressive symptoms. I also hadn’t had a regular period for 6 months! Within the first 5 days of taking these my period started!!!! I now have a completely normal 28 day cycle 😍😍 honestly the best tablets I have ever taken, would never go back now!

5I bought these as a female coming off the contraceptive pill. This was to keep my hormones balanced and ensure normal bodily function I found that these really helped to control my mood swings and help my skin. I really recommended I now use them everyday

100% worth it!
5Honestly amazing! I’ve been taking 2 in the morning for the last week and I’ve just started my period today and its already a lot more bearable! I get them really heavy so this is a major improvement. Also my energy has increased and my mood is amazing every day. Highly recommend this product it’s totally worth it!

Improved my quality of life
5I have suffered really bad PMS and cramps every single month with years. I tried everything to help natural oils and vitamins etc, but they didn’t work for me. I bought the hormone balance vitamins and I couldn’t believe the difference. I no longer get emotional or angry the week before my period and my cramps aren’t half as painful. I have recommended these to my friends and family. No woman should suffer so much every month. Thanks my Protein ❤️

I think it's fantastic, affordable so I asked my very expensive hormonal specialist to take a look!
5I am Female, 27, PCOS, Hypothyroidism. 15stone. 5ft 5. So, firstly, for me, the affordability of this is amazing! I stopped taking it for 2 weeks, simply because I also have ADHD and forgot to one day and it stopped being apart of my routine. I became really exhausted, got a blood test and had low folic acid, so back on them since and feel a lot better! Secondly, it certainly helps with energy and slightly helped with mood regulations, but sadly I did not see a major difference with cravings. Thirdly, I asked a hormone specialist I see (super expensive, not based in Ireland) and her thoughts on it were: 'it's good, but if I had you taking these I'd want you to take a much higher dose' simply because the Inositol was 250mg and she would want me on 600mg for PCOS at least. This has led to me supplementing (I haven't started but plan to) with Inositol powder. Also, the Magnesium isn't very bio-available (which is something we need to consider, bio-availability with any supplement is important. DISCLAIMER: this is not medical advice, this is simply what my Dr had to say about MY personal consumption (I have a higher body mass because of PCOS for example so need higher doses at a higher weight), please ask your own Doctor about doses etc. Otherwise, for women with PCOS, this seems to be pretty good and I really really like the affordability of it compared to some other brands and would still highly recommend personally!Goes Well With:For women with PCOS, Maybe some Inositol Powder.
