Amazing
I bought this after a twitter review, at the time I was having an extra long period and after taking it for a day my period stopped, I carried on taking it consistently and when my period came it was the least amount of pain I've ever experienced on my period, I didn't even know it was coming and usually the first two days for me are crippling, I've now bought 2x more bottles so would 100% recommend.

Amazing product
As others it’s an amazing product I’ve been without for 2 months and really feeling the effects of PMDD. Can anyone who’s found an alternative leave a review of something I can take.

Cyster approved
This is the only supplement that works for my PCOS and it's always sold out. It brings back your cycle, I promise! Started taking it end of November and the first week of January I felt the pms and boom! My period came after that week. I've tried expensive brands with no results that I will have to take whilr this ones gets restocked soon!

Pretty good
I read all of the reviews of this product and thought I would give it a go: 1) I've never struggled with my periods and they are regular so I haven't noticed a difference in this department 2) I feel like my body hair is growing back slower since taking these (could just be my mind playing tricks from reading other reviews) 3) I definitely feel more calm and relaxed, not so 'hot headed' so I think they have helped with my moods. 4) Breast pain no more which is great 5) I've only been taking consistently for 1 or 2 months Goes Well With:I also take collagen, multi Vits and Omega 3

Brilliant!
I can't live without these I swear they help me with my mental health because if I stop them for a couple of days I feel the effects mentally,I also have endometriosis and fibroids so it's probably all connected.

Amazing
I can honestly say after using these for about 6 months now they have helped so much. I suffered so bad with constant breast pain, pms and period pain all day everyday due to pcos. The breast clinic recommended Angus castus but I had no luck. After researching I pair these with evening primrose and I have felt so much better for months! Breast pain is maybe a few days out of the month and my pms is maybe for a day! And when I tell you my pms was horrendous, I hated how angry and hormonal I felt all the time until about a month and a half in of taking these when I felt normal again. I recommend to anyone struggling with hormones!Goes Well With:Evening primrose

Best for PCOS
I recommend these, they have helped me loads, I have pcos and suffer with excess hair on face and these have been fab ! since taking these my hair growth has started to slow and I'm having regular periods again.

Highly recommend
Started taking these tablets due to some hormonal disruptions within my body. Firstly the tablets come in a gel like form. It is recommended that you take two per day. I noticed a difference after a week. My periods which are very irregular came after a week and I did not have the usual symptoms of pain, fatigue or moodiness. My skin is also clearing up slightly, what I would need to take a month’s course to see what changes come after. Would deafly highly recommend and the price is very affordable.

Decided to give these a go after numerous trips to the doctors regarding issues with my periods, imbalance of hormones etc but always being told everything was ok and I was never given anything to help. I decided to purchase these after reading all the reviews as I thought I may as well try, I'm so glad I did! I've only been using these for just over a week (and during that week I took my period). My periods have always been heavy and sore and although that didn't change (wasn't expecting a miracle!) I experienced less fatigue, less cravings, better mood and less anxious. My iron levels dip when I take my period and I can feel extremely light headed and experience dizzy spells, I haven't had any of these symptoms this month. Overall I feel like my hormones have completely calmed and I just feel so much better in myself. I'm really hoping it's not a placebo effect and that these really are helping.
