I have PCOS, I have suffered for 20 years with heavy periods, pain and hormonal acne. This has eliminated all of them. Sorry if this TMI but even my flow texture has changed. I’d recommend this to everyone woman. This stuff is a miracle.

Amazing!
I've been using these for almost a month now, and I've definitely noticed a difference! I started using them as a solution for hormonal ance, and overall issues with my hormones. I can happily say I haven't had a hormonal breakout it around than 2 weeks! They're easy to take and I've had zero issues whatsoever. Will definitely be purchasing again once I'm out!

I’ve had horrible irregular bleeding for 3 years before trying these, resulting in periods lasting 4-6 weeks and being very painful and heavy, I found myself being on more than off. Since taking these capsules in January until now I’ve seen a massive decline in the duration and both the regulation of my periods and the pain is much less. Definitely worth trying if you’re having issues or experiencing symptoms of PCOS 🩵🩵

I was a little sceptical about taking these, wondered if they would do anything or if I would feel the benefits. One thing I have noticed is my skin is clearer, better hair growth and better mood stability I’ve definitely noticed my mood swings are a lot calmer, and only once in about 6-months have I had depressive state of emotions. I still get grumpy but I feel that that’s down to other factors. I think clearer skin is also down to a topical solution I’ve bought and hair growth is also down to multi vitamins, but these are definitely helping.

Pcos irregular periods
I was recently diagnosed to have Pcos. With my symptoms doctors pushed towards the contraceptive pill but I wanted to work on things more naturally. My irregular periods had gotten to be nearly 2months apart. A couple diet changes, more exercise and starting Vit D did help a little. Seeing other reviews I tried the Hormone Balance capsules. After only half of a Month taking, my period came on 5 days earlier than had been expected. This got me closer to my goal of a monthly cycle again. I will be continuing to take and hope they can help my hormones more with time. Very happy to have tried them.

Game changer
After a few weeks of taking these I already feel like myself again, my period came on time this month (they have been very irregular) and I just feel like I have more energy. I’ve also been taking these alongside another brand of inositol but I’ve noticed myprotein do this too for a lot cheaper so I’ll be switching to that as well!

Amazing
I bought this after a twitter review, at the time I was having an extra long period and after taking it for a day my period stopped, I carried on taking it consistently and when my period came it was the least amount of pain I've ever experienced on my period, I didn't even know it was coming and usually the first two days for me are crippling, I've now bought 2x more bottles so would 100% recommend.

Amazing product
