5I recommend the no flavour option as it is without any sweeteners. You get pure l-glutamine. Helps with recovery and with digestion. Good product.Goes Well With:Water, warm.

Understand your products & body!
3Before purchasing this product I’d highly recommend doing your research and understanding what it is and what it does! Benefits and side effects I certainly do not agree with the dose recommended by my protein, I do believe it will work differently to each individual, I certainly wouldn’t knock it as it clearly worked unfortunately for me I got every bad side effect with it Goes Well With:All my shakes are taken with water it doesn’t really have a bad taste to it

Essential daily
5I take 2 doses of this daily on non trading days, then 4 doses on training days. Found it’s great for boosting the immune system. Have been taking this for a few years now and defiantly rarely get any colds or anything. Also helped with some gains. Not expensive. Only ever had the flavourless one and mixes well with protein shake or pre-workout. What’s not to like. Only wish they did it in bigger quantities. Goes Well With:Protein shakes. Pre-workout.

4Have been using this for some time now and it has helped a lot for recovery. Does what it is meant to do. The taste is not bad too. Have only tried one flavour so far but its not overwhelming so can be mixed with other drinks.Goes Well With:post workout shake

Glutey for that Bootay
4First time using this on its lonesome. It mixed OK in either flavoured water, in a shake or even oats. My trainer recommended it as the high volume days were catching up with me and this year I'm really trying to keep my supplements down to bare minimum. I take 5g 3 times daily. 1 in my breakfast shake, 1 in my oats as my morning snack and teh last in my evening yog or just sipping with my evening meal with flavoured water. My DOMS haven't been as bad whilst using the product, but will only be able to fully know when i started my next routine cycle in 3 weeks when I run out of the product.Goes Well With:Liquids, oats, yog, whey, milk.

Я бегаю зимой по берегу моря во время сильного ветра и иногда под дождем в одной кофте и нет даже намека на насморк. Без глютамина я бы на такое не решился )) Так же улучшает работу мозга (отслеживаю по игре в шахматы)Goes Well With:водой

Mixes well and great flavour
5I got it in the berry flavour and it tastes really good, just like a mixed berries juice. Mixes really easily and really good value.
