5I need this as I think that over time the effect this has on my gabba receptors gives me more confidence and less cortisol like a natural version of a prescription drug but also having great effects on the muscles but greatly in the brain 🧠 more 💪

great for bloating
5Started taking this powder over 3 years ago for stomach problems, bloating gas etc. Has seriously helped heal my leaky gut syndrome and solved so many food intolerances. Now can eat loads of food i couldnt before barely get any bloating. Goes Well With:water or water and lemon

Can’t taste if u blend into shake or oats
5I used to take this for digestive issues and think it really helped. Now trying for bloating related to my period as was recommended it. Too early to tell if it’s working but it’s cheap to buy so no harm if not

Easy to use
4Easy to use product. I take first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. I have noticed some improvement in my digestive system, which is what I wanted. I'm hoping it is through adding this to my supplements.
