Brilliant product
5The smell these produce is awful but putting that to one side the effectiveness and quality of the product is brilliant the smell is that of many multivitamins but the amount of vitamins packed into this will definitely benefit you

It's ok
2It lacks a few key nutrients, tastes awful, stinks your house out, and makes your wee bright green but it's got a lot of other nutrients so it's alright Goes Well With:Anything to wash the flavour away

Worthwhile
4I very much recommend this multivitamin, does the job after about a week of consistent and correct dosage, taste is not amazing but im not chewing or sucking it so it doesn’t matter! Great product will be buying more as soon as I’ve become an “Alpha man”Goes Well With:Omega -3 Zinc & Magnesium

Perfect all rounder for anyone needing a boost to energy and wellbeing when training a lot.
5I have always stacked individual vitamins and minerals, B-Complex, green tea and macha tea, ginseng etc etc etc abd what I love about this product is that it is everything and more in one easy capsule which I take every morning or night before work. Since taking I am still working 70 weeks some weeks and training afterwards or before, sometimes both and I do not feel fatigued. These are well worth anyone's money, I will certainly be replacing my stacking of different bottles of vitamins and minerals with this product from now on.Goes Well With:daily, busy work schedules when training is added in.

Alpha male vitamin tablets
4Really good vitamin tablets, with only a couple weeks of taking, noticing differences in feeling such as more energised and feeling better would recommend especially to newbies

My go-to multi
5I've used this for years as my multivitamin. Probably don't really need it as I'm sure I get most of what I need from my food, but helps with any lagging areas (when I had a blood test the only extra vitamin I needed to supplement more of with it was vitamin D).
