Ideal in your 40s
5Good quality product, took 1 a day at first as that seemed to be the norm for most omega 3 soft gels. But after reading the instructions I realised you have to take x3. Has helped with joint soreness Goes Well With:Food, gets rid of after taste

Fishy friends
5Reassuring to know that these have high purity and deliver what the nutritional information details. Hopefully! Great value given the amount of DHA/EPA in each capsule - multiple times that which you'd get from regular High Street brands :) I'm used to swallowing massive pills so don't need a drink with these but some people may struggle as the capsules are (understandably!) on the large size.Goes Well With:A drink if you struggle to swallow them on their own

3 Capsules Daily NOT 1 as Suggested
3Having read the information on the website, these capsules look to be great value because the description suggests the dose is just one tablet daily. The bottle however, states 3 tablets per day! Value therefore isn’t as good as first thought.

Good value and convenient
5No funny taste, easy to swallow, no after-taste. I take them after my Alpha Men Multivitamins and before my Vitamin D3 softgels. Way better value than supermarket or pharmacy options.Goes Well With:A sip of water

Omega 3
5Best tabs I’ve used for getting in good amount of omega 3. Used to use omega 369 which but after researching more discovered 3 is the main one that we don’t get from our diet too much. Decided to go with this as it’s much more concentrated. Easy to swallow tabs, not really a bad taste or anything as is sometimes the case (can be fishy). Overall great supplementGoes Well With:Food
