Chia-tastic!
5Years of struggling with gut problems and IBS solved out. Soaked overnight in lactose free milk or any alternative or kefir or even orange juice, I take a few spoon full every morning. Keeps me regular like nothing else did before. Combined with the Digestion for ultimate results. Goes Well With:Digestion tablets and any flavour drops.

Great for me!
5I love my chia seeds as they are good for helping lower my sugar levels. They also taste great as a topping on many of my meals. I also keep a chia seed protein mixed drink by my desk to sip throughout the day. Happy with the quality.

5These don't taste of anything. Leave them soak in a liquid and they absorb a lot, adding volume and nutrients. Like that these are organic

One of the most micro nutrient dense foods on the planet
5There is no reason not to have these in your diet, they are so dense in nutrients, anti oxidants and omega 3 while being high in fibre and protein. And to top it all off they are cheap! Add a few spoonfuls into protien shakes, smoothies etc and you won’t even notice themGoes Well With:Smoothies, protein shakes

5Great value when bought in one of the many sales. A great little boost to breakfasts/snacks. I mix into porridge but would work well soaked overnight too. Goes Well With:Cereal/oats

Great for vegan gluten free baking
5I bought these as a healthy nutritious replacement for eggs/gluten in my gluten-free, vegan baking and yes, it does the trick. I grind up some seeds, leave to soak in water and use it like that as a replacement for eggs... add some other things to build up a kind of biscuit/ scone mix.. still experimenting with coconut flour and ground flaxseeds too.Goes Well With:coconut flour, ground flaxseeds, baking powder and a bit of oil, salt and water.. then some baking.
