Necessity for a Vegan chic
5I buy chia seeds regularly as being vegan use them to substitute eggs in baking recipes as well as to add in omega 3 to diet. Whether or not you make your own granola, you can always add a sprinkle on top of any cereal or salad. Also a fantastic price and an extra bonus , they are organic. Won’t buy from anywhere elseGoes Well With:Best Sprinkled in my homemade granola, or in overnight oats. A teaspoon in a smoothie and my vegan brownie recipe.

5Chia seeds are really good. These are the best value ones I’ve found and just add it on to my usual order. Goes Well With:Yoghurt, overnight oats

5Years of struggling with gut problems and IBS solved out. Soaked overnight in lactose free milk or any alternative or kefir or even orange juice, I take a few spoon full every morning. Keeps me regular like nothing else did before. Combined with the Digestion for ultimate results. Goes Well With:Digestion tablets and any flavour drops.

Great for me!
5I love my chia seeds as they are good for helping lower my sugar levels. They also taste great as a topping on many of my meals. I also keep a chia seed protein mixed drink by my desk to sip throughout the day. Happy with the quality.
