I am very happy with this product so far as it offers a good amount of protein and carbs straight after a workout. I would say it made me feel quite 'reenergised' after consuming it after my workouts, however I took this supplements from the start so I can't compare to before I used it! It tastes pretty good with water and it very easy to consume. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a post-workout supplement!

Super sweet, for me, a bit off putting. However the mix is not a good consistency and also very easy to dissolve in water. I felt pretty good after taking this after a HIIT or spin class; I wouldnt use this after a routine workout. I'm happy with it and probably will purchase again.
