4Love this for the ease of fitting it into my plan. I count calories so the less calories I have to put on sauces and flavourings the better. Decent taste, nice kick to it! Goes Well With:I added mine to cooked chicken!

Not gluten free sadly
2I bought some of the sauces and didn't think to check every single flavour to see if they were gluten free. The others are except the BBQ sauce, which has wheat flour in! This is such a shame, as it was lovely!! Smokey and really nice! Why is it necessary to put wheat flour in this particular one My protein??? Why not use any other starch, just to make it more available to more customers? Seems odd, I'm no expert chef mind, but still! Sad times! One of the best sugar free BBQ sauces that I sadly can't eat!

WASTE OF MONEY
1I bought 2 of each because I love my sauce. Can’t eat anything without it. Thought I’d try these to go with my diet....binned the lot! Not even a hint of what they should taste like! Absolutely disgusting I wouldn’t bother wasting your money stick to what you know.

Sweet chilli sauce
5As some have said, it won't beat the real thing but it's perfect for dieting. I've only had the sweet chilli and the it tastes great. I always have sauce with meals and this adds unwanted cals so this has been excellent for me.Goes Well With:Whatever you put chilli sauce on.

Delicious
5Really delicious. Nothing will ever beat the real thing. But... this is very very close. I'm on prep so have to watch what I eat. This sauce was absolutely amazing. Can't wait to try the others now.Goes Well With:Anything - but not the chocolate pancakes... it doesn't go so well with them... but chicken, potatoes, cheese, and try it as a stir fry sauce with vegetables.

Okay...
3I got all the flavours except tomato as I could see that's gonna be a disaster from a mile off! BBQ - not the best tasting and can definitely sense an almost sythetic after taste. Don't get me wrong, every now and then I use it and it's edible. Sweet chili - this is probably the best for me. Decent amount of flavour, only a slight aftertaste but it's going great with sweet potato fries!

Wow
5I was sceptical! I love sauces which is my downfall when it comes to reducing sugars. I have tried other brands of sugar free sauces and they are quite runny and tasteless. These are unreal! My favourite is the sweet chilli, huge thumbs up! Goes Well With:Sweet potato wedges, veggies

Very versatile and tasty
5I was in two minds about this reading some of the reviews but I had to see for myself. Well what do you know.. this sauce is delish I tried it on it's own it has a sweet and slightly acidic flavour that balance each other's well. Mixes very well in dressings and makes an ideal accompaniment with a low fat garlic and chilli sausage, steamed kale dish. Also good with eggs and sausages, over a hamburger in other words a smasher! The only suggestion I would make is perhaps consider a softer plastic bottle for a better squeezability factor :) Look forward to tryin the other sauces. Another good one well done ✅ Goes Well With:Any meat, eggs and in dressings.

Awful
2Bought the BBQ and sweet chilli sauces and they taste awful! So disappointing. Wasnt able to eat either of them.
