5I am using it for aprox 2 month now it is of very good quality product stay cool for longer time as compared to other gel based cool pack and its belt is also of very good quality and very usefull.i use it after workout on joints area which are paining

Ideal
5Bought this for recovery / injuries. Have only used for cold but the gel pack stays cold for so long, and the included pack is so easy to fasten to the body - have been using to help with football recovery.

Excellent for back pain and relief.
5Excellent product for any sort of back pain. It provides relief to any sort of muscular pain. I have used it after my back training and it helped me out get relief from the pain. Highly recommended product.

4Bought this as a present for the avid gym goer, it’s great for muscle aches and Ive even tried it on my cramps - works a treat ladies. Easy to use and looks the part too. Great value!

5I purchased this as I experience some pain after a workout and wanted to get this as the other reviews are so positive but also because it has the velcro strap. I really like this product and you can use it on any part of your body. I'd suggest getting two as the price is so good and while you're waiting for one to ice up, you can use the other! I haven't used it as a heat tool yet, mainly because we're in summer and I prefer icing. I love how you can use it both hot and cold.

5Great product, exactly what I was looking for. Easy to use either by heating in the microwave or freezing in the freezer, and perfect for targeting aches sprains on arms, legs or lower back. Much better than using a bag of frozen peas, and at a great price.
