5Really good product, is a but powdery when mixed but you cant avoid that, no funky taste and works incredibly! Goes Well With:Monster, water, squash, pretty much anything. You can even just pop a scoop in your mouth and chase with water if you prefer, its not gross texture /tasting so really you cant go wrong.

5really good product and can be used in literally anything, i did my loading phase and put it in my food but after that i just put 5 grams in my water and im good lol. seeing progress in my muscles from it too!Goes Well With:food, water, liquids etc.

5Excellent creatine product. I didn't load it, just took the dosage every day post workout and within 14 days noticed able to go up a bit in weight and squeeze out an extra few reps for each exercise. Definitely a cornerstone supplement in my routine. Goes Well With:Clear whey shake/water

Highly recommend
5Easy to mix and doesn’t leave a horrible residue on the bottom, no taste at all so can’t even tell it’s in your drink. Would recommend for someone to take as one of their daily supplements.
