5Mixes with everything, i tend to have 5g with my morning yoghurt mixed and a further 5g mixed with whatever im drinking at the gym. Only advice to new takers be wary taking 10g at once as youll be abit bloaty and windy. No awful taste and good cost from my protein

Perfect for mixing
5Mixed really well- I always used to have to put mine through a sieve but this mixes up really well with no grains left at the bottomGoes Well With:Everything!

5During my time when taking it i have noticed more definition within my muscles considering my current body type. I would recommend getting a flavoured one unless u take with a mixer due to the bland taste.Goes Well With:Any type of juice
