Not very good
1Everything I’ve bought from mp so far has been top quality apart from this. It doesn’t mix very well and leaves a not so pleased after taste.

Not impressed
2Bought this to try as my usual brand was out of stock, very disappointed with this product considering most other items I have from here are very good. It's poor at mixing even with a shaker, tried with a spoon and it was very "lumpy" and don't feel it give any enhancement to my performance when training, unlike others I have tried. sorry but I wouldn't waste my money on this product given there are better ones on the market

Horrible Taste
2Bought the cranberry & raspberry flavour and it's one of the worst thinfs I've ever tasted. Would recommend to stay away from this.

There are better alternatives
2I've been using BCAA powders for during workouts for a long time now, and thought this time Id try out a proper intra-workout powder instead... Myprotein Intra-workout powder... Firstly, the instructions are terribly wrong - 'Mix 1 scoop with...' would actually give you around 3 times the recommended serving. Myprotein unfortunately have stopped providing specific scoops for their products, so the instructions on the packaging and their website are completely misleading, and measuring out a serving every day is extremely annoying and timely. Secondly, the mixture did not mix at all. I bought the 'Tropical' flavour, which although does taste fine, mixing it took a lot of effort, and the end result was a very sticky, clumpy, half diluted water, half powder mixture. This really needs a very good shaker or a blender to mix. Conclusion: I will not buy this from Myprotein again. I may try out some other brands of Intra-workout, or go back to using just BCAAs.

Strawberry and lime a must !

Very strange
3Taking then with water during workout. Very strange tastes almost like a mix of a flat energy drink and battery acid! Texture is strange too very very sticky and very very hard to blend/mix with drink. I’m definitely not buying this again. However, I did find some beneficial effects working out so trying to find another product with similar ingredients. Goes Well With:Nothing

What you need to push through
5I don't normally write reviews but if you do any sort of high intensity training this will make you feel the difference. I use it to push myself further through Barry's workouts (aggressive HIT) and my performance during the 60 minutes is noticeably different with or without it. I have the tropical flavour and it's not the best but not the worst by any means. I use slightly less than recommended in a 1L bottle and it's just like tropical squash.

SWEET!!!
4Too sweet by far. I've resorted to adding just a little bit to my other shakes. It's ideal for covering the taste of greens blends, but again just a dash is enough. Great product on every level except the intensity of the sweetness.
