5The tropical flavor is delicious. It tastes a bit like the yellow/green Powerade. As for the effects, it could give a psychological boost that helps you train better.

5I'm training hard at the gym. I use intra workout is the best for pre training. Give power and recover same time. Carbs and electrolytes that what we loose during the training. I love intra workout is works perfectly during training. Special whennu know u didn't eat enough.

Needs Lots of water
4I cycle/spin a lot and do some weights so was looking for an alternative to gels as I was sick of them. It’s very sweet I’ve found that one scoop makes about 2L of drinkable fluid. It certainly helps with hydration and I wasn’t craving gels on recent rides. I mix 400 ml in a blender and then dilute in other bottles to taste. Goes Well With:Water and blender.

Pretty Good
4I am really pleased with this. It does give me the extra lift during my hour workout. My only issue is it's a bit sweeter than I like my drink to be. Still pretty good product and nice tropical flavour.Goes Well With:Water and crackers 😉
