Chitosan (contains Crustaceans), Capsule Shell (Glazing Agent (Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose), Sequestrants (Potassium Citrates, Potassium Chloride), Gelling Agent (Carrageenan), Thickener (Gellan Gum)), Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Silicon Dioxide). ALLERGENS: For allergens see ingredients in bold. Produced in a facility which also handles milk.
Take 2 capsules with a large glass of water 15 minutes before a main meal. Take 3 times daily. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
