1. Carbohydrates contribute to the recovery of normal muscle function (contraction) after highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle. This beneficial effect is obtained with the consumption of carbohydrates, from all sources, at a total intake of 4g per kg body weight, at doses, within the first 4 hours, and no later than 6 hours, following highly intensive and/or long-lasting physical exercise leading to muscle fatigue and the depletion of glycogen stores in skeletal muscle.

I have porridge most mornings and love oats! These are great value. Perhaps larger than some other brands but I don't think that matters. Great when warmed up. Definitely worth buying especially with offers. Goes Well With:Anything!! Baked oats or protein porridge always a winner
Report this reviewHonest rolled oats
These oats are cheap and perfect I will definitely buy more from here than any groceries
Report this reviewExcellent !
I like to have a really nice, healthy, filling breakfast. As a nurse and midwife I’ve always needed that because lunch and dinner breaks are not always guaranteed !!!!! It was my son David Durham that advised me to buy from you and I can understand why, now. I soak them overnight , sometimes just eating them like that or with a selection of fresh fruit on top. When cooked they are really lovely, creamy, texture although only made with skimmed milk. Goes Well With:Lots of lovely chopped up fruit or a little honey.
