With 30g of protein per serving, and a daily boost of carbs from oats and dextrose, it’s perfect for fuelling3 any kind of training, and making sure you’re hitting daily nutrition goals.
Each shake also delivers 5g of Creapure® — the purest form of creatine monohydrate — proven to increase physical performance,1 while the added HMB is a metabolite of the essential amino acid leucine. This is naturally occurring in protein which helps to build and repair new muscle.2

I’ve tried some cheaper powders (from My protein and other brands) as the price has increased so much, but this definitely tastes the best and mixes so well.

All-in-one new size
Great flavours, used this off/on for years. Much more convenient than buying separately, mixes well and feels pretty effective. New range doesn’t go up to 5kg, and the 2.5kg max size isn’t as good value as it used to be. Please bring the larger size back.Goes Well With:Water or milk for a higher calorie intake.
